Good customer service from the ladies at the front desk but…..Slow service, confusing and inaccurate communication from the service department. You are better of taking the truck to a different location

Attention Truck drivers !!! Beware of this place, just to change oil and filters they billed $1500. Besides you will spend at least 5 hours waiting. After the truck was ready to pick up after driving 10 miles the truck started to move poorly because the fuel filter was not installed correctly. Now staying on the highway shoulder now waiting for road service.

I had a great experience at the parts department. Roy and Jason were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with the def pump and getting it to the uber driver. They setup the account for us asap cos we needed the part asap and checked me out and handed the part to the driver. They really work for the customer here. Much appreciated, thank you

I was in desperate need of air. Most of the air on Pilot fuel island is broke. Goodyear's shop said the was unable to help. I asked the buce ppl at Volvo & the went out of their way. Everybody was very kind & sweet. I thank them zo much. Low steer tires can be dangerous, so these guys are life savers!!!
