Rush Truck Centers - Waco

Zach definitely got me figured out. Much better then there call center. That isnt worth velvet picture of a whale and a dolphin. I walked in, we found the part. Got them ordered in 15 minutes.

I would not recommend the Rush truck center. As an upfitter we installed equipment on a chassis sold by this dealership but were never consulted n the requirements of the equipment being put on. So the chassis that showed up wasn’t order from the factory correctly. It needed to be reprogrammed for an electric-over-hydraulic PTO as opposed to air. A simple call to us would have prevented this. So here’s the rub. We, the upfitter, were charged $3500 to reprogram the chassis that we were never involved in specifying. This was the 2nd of identical chassis for which were charged $1700 for the first one. Rush service department discounted the bill $1250 after complaining but we still had major out of pocket expense for something glad no say in. Shame on them. This is not what our com

I can assure you if you want a terrible experience this is the place for you. They have gotten rid of everyone who actually cared about the customers and grew this business to what it is today. They replaced them with two managers that have run the place into the ground and couldn't care less about their own employees much less you the customer. Walked in last weekend to see if it was still terrible, there was a driver in the service department that said he had been there since Wednesday and all they had to do was change a harness. This was on a Saturday.. he said he was told it would be done the next day every day up until that point. This is exactly what you will experience here due to the service manager not knowing anything about how to work on your truck and will constantly tell you "

Zach is just like Walmart!! I came in to just get two keys from cut from Kenworth, yes my truck is a Kenworth! I left out with two keys cut, two Peterbilt key chains (the ones with the leather straps) and a KICK ASS Flashlight that take USB to charge!!! Zach is a “BAD MAN”!!
