Everyone at the store was kind and helpful but Justin saved my day! My key fob fell into the front of my middle console while I was 50 miles from home. He spent a lot of time and patience taking apart the car and figuring out how to retrieve it. Thanks for making my day better and helping me be able to continue to do my errands I needed!

Shout out to Mike at the South Broadway store for taking great care of us on a busy Sunday evening. Wife called to let me know her car wouldn't start. Got to her location, diagnosed a dead battery, then jumped it and got it going. Went straight to O'Reilly where Mike found us the right replacement and promptly grabbed his tools and installed it for us. Thanks Mike for the great service, you made the ordeal quick and painless. Much appreciated!!

Jamie helped me with a new battery. He not only changed it but showed me how to do it. He also tested some other things to make sure it was just the battery. What a good and knowledgeable and respectful kid. I’m so impressed. Someone should give him a raise and a high five because customer service just isn’t this great anymore. He went above and beyond.
