I purchased a tire inflation device in Rochester and went to Somersworth store for an extension windshield cleaner. I found out there about the rewards program. I don't know why Rochester didn't tell me about it. I was advised to contact Rochester to see if they could add my purchase to my rewards. I was advised they can't do that and my only option is to return the tire inflation device and repurchase it. If it wasn't a significant purchase I would care, but a lot of inconvenience for an error on the part of the sales associate in Rochester.

Jess and her team is top notch when helping with parts. They have gone far beyond then any other parts stores. They are my first choice when I’m in the area

I went into the Rochester NH location to get wipers for my truck. Jason helped me and assisted me in choosing the best wipers for my truck. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. He even put the wipers on my truck because I couldn't reach....and really didn't know how 🤣. Thank you Jason for your help!

Went to get a part that was showing in stock online. Spent about 15 min waiting for the employees to look in multiple places with no luck. Had to make a trip to AutoZone instead.

I've been in here to get a few things and the team is always helpful. I am a mom of littles and recently, I called ahead to see if they had the wipers I needed before I made the trip. Rebecca offered to pull the blades ahead of time so when I walked in with my kiddos it was easy to get in and out without chaos. Then, she installed the wiper!! So helpful when I already have so much going on. Good location. Will go back.
