Love the staff. Super helpful, always informative; especially Crystal. I've been a regular customer for atleast 6 years and through those years I've had the pleasure of meeting some really great staff members but none of the top meeting Crystal. She has remembered conversations from previous years, she recalled the vehicles I drove, she's very helpful when I shop, very friendly!. She's very good at her job and overall an amazing staff and person. If you see this crystal I love you girl! I don't wanna leave the rest of the staff out, they are great staff as well. Over all great customer service!

Angels exist and Crystal is one of them!!! I can in having an issue with one of my headlights, and Crystal helped to find the issue, replacement parts, and help me replace them in the car. Incredibly knowledgeable and kind, she walked me through everything so I could better understand my vehicle, and be better prepared if the issue arose again. She helped solve this in less than 20 minutes and completely turned my day around. Crystal is amazing and I cannot recommend her and this store enough!!!

I just want to give praise to Missy for taking care of me today. Not only did she check my battery and alternator and get me the best deal on a new one but she worked in freezing temps with snow on the ground outside changing it out for me!
