Went in to have my battery replaced. The one staff behind the counter said give me a second and proceeded to help the 5 people in line behind me. The gentleman behind me asked him to help me first (in spanish) and the staff member said “nah”, waiving his hand at me. I left and the gentleman customer behind me followed me out to apologize for the staffs behavior. Cant help but think it was because i am a woman. Will never go to an oreileys again. And will spread the word.

I tried to return a fuel pump I bought online I didn't have the reciept but the box wasn't even open and the order number was on the outside of the box. It's literally a receipt and because they couldn't look me up by my phone number. They wouldn't return it.

Ismael the assistant manager at this location was genuinely friendly and helpful when I came in to diagnose a check engine code. In his interactions with other customers I could tell that his disposition and dedication to Customer Service was consistently practiced. I didn’t buy anything on this trip but will definitely think of coming here if I need anything.

Arthur is GREAT . I felt confident in his diagnostic . He made me believe in the process when I really didn't know. priceless . Twelve stars.

Hi! Just want to give a huge neighborly shout out to O’Reilly Auto Parts in San Marcos. I have been going to them for years and their customer service has always been outstanding. I had car battery issues over the weekend. New battery purchased and installed…no extra charge. Julie was the employee who helped me and I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. The best.
