The past couple of days my beloved 2009 Mazdaspeed3 (160k+ miles) has been slow to start in the mornings. I read the reviews where multiple people mention that O'Reilly will install your battery, so I dropped by. When I walked in, I was helped by Tyler. I asked for a battery for my car, and he looked up the type needed. There was a note in the system about needing a different battery type for automatics vs manuals for my model (I drive stick) so he did a bit more research to confirm we get the appropriate battery. While he was checking, I wondered out loud if it really is my battery or if it could be my starter or alternator. The manager was quite helpful in assisting with the installation of wiper blades. The store was well-organized and clean.

Be careful buying here, they are very strict about returns. I won’t be going here again, Walnut Creek location is much better
