Derek the so called manager is rude and can careless about getting the parts you ordered correctly.. the store on Horner blvd needs serious attention on management. I’ll stick with advanced auto parts moving forward!

This store is in desperate need of new management… they do not seem to have any type of method for organization. Three out of the last five times I have been in, they didn’t have what I was looking for even though it showed in stock online and in there system. I went in for a power steering pump that showed in stock, the guy looked for it for 10 plus minutes and says he gave up and it most not be there, he promised to order it for me and I could pick it up later. Today I go back in to pick it up and the lady (with marijuana leaf logo’s on her crocs) once again says it shows being here but she can’t find it and the other guy never order the one he promised. She then proceeds to say “ It ain’t my fault” and shrugs her shoulders. The phone rang steadily for 10 mins while she was in the back l

I would like to thank Patrick at this O'reilly location, Patrick was filling in for someone at this location and he made a very bad automotive day for me Very helpful. Professional honest, considerate. Thank you, O'reilly Auto Parts for hiring good decent people.
