This is my go to auto parts store. always seem to have what I need in stock or can get it fast.Always friendly,professional and knowledgeable.
If you need a car part or specialty automotive tool and you're in a hurry this is the place to go. If you can wait a few days then ordering from Amazon or Rock Auto will save you money.
The manager, Kelli, is simply amazing here! So very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She gave me estimates to replace my battery as well showed me other alternative options that could work in the meantime. Thanks Kelli for going over and beyond and being a genuinely kind, helpful person. It did not go unnoticed! ❤️
Called this morning to see if I could just come over to purchase a batter for my truck, and have it installed. All the years I'm shopping O'Reilly's never had such a response: had the battery but had to work with a shop to install. WHAT?! Usually I purchase pretty expensive, and it's done that moment. Spent 10 years in Texas, and NEVER heard such a stupid response!
