On Sunday November 23rd my mom and I came in because our vehicle wouldn't start so we brought in the battery to be charged and our car still wouldn't start after that so we tried jump starting it and that didn't work, so we went in 30 minutes before closing and instead of pushing us away because they were about to close Chris and Jeff helped us out by searching up our problem on their computer and phones trying to figure out a solution even after the store closed. We greatly appreciate them going above and beyond the normal level of customer service!

Britney the manager, Rick and Bud are so awesome and helped me out because I was traveling from South Dakota and got stranded in Scottsbluff, Nebraska in the middle of the night and when I called and spoke to Britney and told her my situation, she let me order the part, called a mechanic and they all came with the parts and tools to help me get back on the road!! If it wouldn't have been for these 3 wonderful people, I would have been stranded all day until my sons came from Denver for me!! Thank you all for having such a big heart and helping me out!! GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!!!!

Our check engine light came on recently while visiting the Scottsbluff area so we made a stop at this store. Brittany hooked our car up to the diagnostic tool and was able to tell us what the code was. She said, “ Good news- your car is going to make it home. Bad news- your car does not like Nebraska.” Ha ha! Brittany is a hoot. You are lucky to have such a friendly, personable and efficient person working at your store. While we were there Brittany also helped us to change out our windshield wipers that had been squeaking terribly since we left Texas. Thank you Brittany for your help. We’d like to let you know that the Silver Bullet made it safely back to Texas.

Had an issue with our truck. Took the alternator off brought it up to have them test it. They said it came back with the right numbers, and that we had an issue elsewhere. Told us there’s no way it could be reading wrong. Thankfully we just listened to ourselves & just bought the new alternator. Put it back in & had no issues running and started right up every time after replacing it. Think they should have their machine looked at just in case, so they don’t give anyone misleading information.
