I wanted to give Holden a BIG shout out!! This young man helped my husband change a tire on his trailer in the dark. This young man did not have to do this, yet chose to give exceptional service. Customer service these days is hard to come by, let alone GREAT customer service. Thank you Holden for helping my husband out in a time of need you are greatly appreciated.

I recently called O'Reilly and spoke with David, who helped me fix my windshield washer. He was extremely helpful, had great manners, and made the whole experience very pleasant. I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to assist. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to him for help!

My daughter needed a license plate light replaced, and it was our first time in the store. Ryan, the Assistant Manager was very helpful and went the extra mile to install it for her, (which we were very thankful for, because we didn't know how!) I am a regular customer, and I enjoy walking into a store and they great you by name! Everyone is very Friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The manager, Ms. Benny is Awesome. She has always asked how I was doing after the last 3 back surgeries I have been through. I won't go anywhere else!

Honestly if they did their job correctly it would be a nice auto parts shop. They told me my money would be reimbursed to my debit card for a part they ordered for me which end up being the wrong part and a week later still no reimbursement. Turns out they never went in the system and did the return..... Got over drafted at my bank for no logical reason......
