Splash Carwash

I went there on February 9th, 2026 and I went through the car wash and spent 12 dollar for it to do nothing to my car but make it worse then it looked before. It didn’t even clean it, it left smudges all over my car. And I tried to call the place and it’s saying the box is full. So how do people that need a refund even get that because they have horrible customer service. And that needs to be fixed

I was driving down from my Dad's, stopped to wash my car, paid with cc but the car wash never activated, tried calling to report and get my money back but the voicemail.is full and they do not allow text messages. Really bad customer service when you can't even call to report a problem. They definitely took the money from my card though.

I would give it zero stars if possible. Paid $14 and it didn’t work. No one was there to give me a refund and when I called the number it just says the mailbox is full.

I came to vacuum out my car put 2 dollars in one of them it didn’t turn on and went to another one and put 2.00 in it and it wasn’t even suctioning. Tried to call the number on the door to inform them and no one answered and there voicemail box was full. Definitely was not satisfied and will not be coming back

I used this car wash on January 3, 2026 pulled up to the automatic paid my $10 for a basic followed instructions pulling forward the back flapper’s came out and never washed my vehicle no water or anything I ended up pulling forward with no car wash and $10 short…so I called the number listed and guess what the mailbox is full so how do I get a refund or even talk to a representative.
