O'Reilly Auto Parts

had a great experience with the team in the store today. we were halfway through a road trip on a holiday weekend and our alternator went bad. we were able to find a mobile mechanic to replace it but he was missing one tool and they leant it to us. Easy to buy and so friendly.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people most of the time they have the parts you need when you need them

Scott saved the day! We broke down 3 miles away from this Oriellys and limped into the parking lot 10 minutes before they close. Unfortunately no auto parts store in the area had vehicle specific parts for my vehicle. Scott didn’t quit after checking by the vehicle, he continued to search for similar parts they had in stock and he made it happen! We were able to get it fixed in the parking lot and make it back to Richmond! Thank you Scott! You’re the best!

The customer service is decent, but they sold me a distributor cap and wires for near $45 and they were worth about $20. Believe me, I looked elsewhere. I only bought them because I needed them right away. Advanced Auto Parts or AutoZone both have better parts and better prices. I'm sorry O'Reilly, I will not be coming back.

As soon as you walk in the door they acknowledged your presence, so far with my experience the minor part that I needed for my car surprisingly enough they had, however they did not have it in the store but the associates stated that a truck was coming in and she would make sure that the product that I was looking for would be available for pickup the same day.
