Came to buy windshield wipers and was immediately asked by the worker Juan if I wanted it installed and it only took about 2 minutes. Really appreciated the help!! The customer service is amazing!! 🙌🏽

"I" thought a small front light bulb was out ony car. I saw O'Reilly's auto, so I stopped. The manager came out to see which bulb needed to replaced. She checked turn signals high been etc.. "I" was wrong! All lights working. This was O"Reilly's on State st. Springfield ma. Never in all my years did I see more committed people. Another employee was helping a customer put on wheel covers. Just amazing!!!

Yes I highly recommend it I always get my parts from the parts of way better than any other auto parts place and you can get most of the parts that you need from them you don't have to go to like three or four different Auto Parts to get the Parts you need yes I highly recommend your you guys.
