O'Reilly Auto Parts

Just wanted to share this. Went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in St. Albans VT. Had an issue with my truck battery from the local Dodge dealer. Told Steve about my problem and he tested the battery and verified it was dead. He gave a good Price on a new battery but he said the dealer should replace your battery for free because the truck is still under warranty and I explained that the dealer wouldn't help me out with this and he gave some great advice on how to handle that. He could just sold me a battery but he was very honest in trying to help me out on how to deal with the dealer. While I was there I had a bad wiper on the drivers side and asked him to look at. Steve showed me the problem. He personally replace both of my wipers and only charged me for the wipers which were on sale, buy one g

Tried to use my husband’s account (he’s an employee) to get a battery so my daughter can make it home for Christmas. Store refused because my husband wasn’t physically there. My daughter was stranded and had to go to Autozone instead. The woman who answered the phone at O’Reilly’s was rude.

Disgusting HORRIBLE customer service. The lady Michelle that works here has absolutely NO idea what she is doing. My father tried using his employee discount to help my sister get a car part she needs to get back HOME FOR CHRISTMAS but Michelle said she needs to have my father present and show ID to verify. This is NOT true as long as you have the EMPLOYEE NUMBER AND YOU CAN CALL THE STORE TO VERIFY!!!! The discount is available to immediate family members who live at home with the employee EVEN out of state per CORPORATE. You have NO idea how to do your job. But at least the other O’Reilly’s in the state of Vermont know what they’re doing and actually allowed my sister to get her car part at the Enosburg store with the employee discount. :) Get some training and better customer service sk

I love O’Reillys! They did a free diagnostic for me and put on brand new windshield wipers, which they charged me nothing for the parts and labor for doing so, in Maine then here in Saint Albans a fine young man helped me by putting a new fuse in my vehicle, after spending a half hour making sure that was the actual issue. I won’t go anywhere else now. Thank you O’Reilys!!
