I went in today after not being able to get the help I needed at another store. The assistant manager, Michael, was incredibly patient and helpful. He got me taken care of, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. Great customer service doesn’t seem to be as common as it used to be. But Michael absolutely delivered today, and I am grateful!

I'd give them 20 stars our of 5 if I could! Not only were Michael and the general manager very helpful, they also went above and beyond to fix my car then and there, in the middle of the night, after hours, and during Christmas break! Thanks to them we are enjoying our vacation as if nothing ever happened. Thank you guys!

Michael and the other manager helped us out big tonight and even stayed an hour past closing to go out of their way to fix a misfire on our car. We were traveling to florida and the car had a misfire so we went to this store and Michael was very friendly, offered great prices and products, and overall went above and beyond. Because of the management at this store we were able to be back on the road.

I stopped by Advance Auto in a moment of distress due to a battery issue, and I couldn’t have asked for better service! Bob and Harold were incredibly professional and kind—instantly putting me at ease. They helped me select the best battery for my vehicle and even reinstalled the new one with no hesitation. Their expertise and customer care truly made a stressful situation much smoother. Highly recommend this location! Thank you!
