Nick was extremely helpful in getting my battery replaced under warranty. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care off.

Blane is the absolute best! He installed my car battery in the rain! It was not a simple install, I have a 2015 Chevy impala and it had like 10 different nuts that had to be removed before getting the battery out. THEN he had to take off the connector THEN replace it all! Job well done! Let me remind you, IN THE RAIN! Very knowledgeable 19 year old RESPECTABLE kid! The young lady there with him that evening was also pleasant and helpful assisting an elderly man to his vehicle IN THE RAIN! Thanks again! Much obliged...

Called on a Friday and asked if they could turn a set of brake rotors. They said no problem for $50 and a 24hr turn around. Dropped them off Saturday. I only wanted them skimmed, as they were coated rotors at the nominal thickness and one was only slightly warped. Should've taken no more than .005 or 0.010 per side. Called Sunday at noon to check status because I hadn't heard anything. Guy said he had to take the first one below discard thickness and it was still "rough" and said he'd have the other done by 4pm. At 4:30pm I called and was told that he left and both rotors were below discard thickness. I drove over and demanded my rotors back. They tried to charge me $50 for the rotors they destroyed or said I could buy new ones the following day. A call to the store manager later and I wal

Every time I go in I look for a guy named Thomas. The guy is one of the nicest most helpful guys I’ve ever met and is always willing to go out of his way to help as if my problem were his. They don’t make too many fellas like Thomas nowadays. The store o am reviewing is 3873 In Suffolk off of Holland road. Go I. And talk to Thomas he will make your day better with his positive attitude and outlook on things and will help you as if you were one of kin folk. Good people and nothing but high praises I’m going back and recommending everyone I k ow do the same
