O'Reilly Auto Parts

O'Reilly's had what I needed, a decent price, and an exceptional sales associate. The guy took the order and had me fixed up in a jiffy. Really impressive compared to some of the other lame duck auto parts stores.

Great place people that work there are knowledgeable

Was dealing with car battery issues and went to Bayou Autozone to see if they could replace it. They told me I need to see the dealership. Left their shop confused. I went to O'Reilly here and Colin redirected me to the right battery and replaced my old dead battery. Car was working just like how I remembered on my 1st drive. Was out satisfied in about 10 minutes compared to how I was moments ago with the dissappointment and confusion the Bayou Autozone gave me earlier. Great job!

I found the area I was looking for , but not the particular brand I wanted. It would have been helpful if one of the staff had checked to see if I needed their assistance, but no one did. I ended up wishing them a lovely evening omw out the door and omw to the next auto parts store.

Always a good parts store, adequate stock and selection. Where locations differ is in the staff and how kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful they are. This one was absolutely not and not ashamed to let a customer know they were bothering him.
