I asked for a specific lug nut. Was sold a pack of four. I tried to use it. Didn't fit. They didn't accept my return cause it was used. I'm like you sold me the wrong lug nut. If you think this store will help. They won't. They just cost me money! Autozone for life

Beyond disappointed and confused at this point. I originally came in to get my battery tested when testing the battery. First ask me if I have anybody helping me, I said my husband was working on the roads and we have a bunch of guys that can help fix whatever is needed. That was my first mistake. He said it was only producing 8 V which I now have learned which is below what a battery should be testing. Tells me that I should probably go home and detach the negative charge overnight and Reattach In the morning and see if the car will start. States that it is probably the alternator that is going out and asked if I would take it to a mechanic shop and once again that I have people to help. So now we have bought an alternator, change the alternator… and come to find out it was the damn batt

Needed windshield wipers for an RV we inherited. They helped us get the right kind and even came out in the freezing weather to change them out for us!
