Absolutely recommend 150% Our daughter was stranded a few hours away from us. He went mobile to her location and had the battery installed in no time. The reason for the 5 stars (10 if we could) is the timeframe. He didn't make us wait hours and hours he was there in a jiffy. I was on a roadtrip and my engine died on the interstate on the Sunday before Labor Day. I called Ponce on Labor Day and he came out that day. He worked fast, explained everything really well, and got me back on the road that afternoon. I really appreciated his willingness to help, especially on a holiday! Would definitely recommend!

We were driving south through Colorado on a Sunday afternoon and needed an alternator belt and idler pulleys. He found the parts and fixed our truck so we could continue on. He did a great job and we were grateful to find help on a rainy Sunday afternoon. 11/10!

Highly recommend !! Our truck overheated while pulling a 5th wheel leaving us stranded off the highway on Friday of Labor Day weekend. We found Rich Ponce thru some searches in hopes of a repair. After explaining our problem and sending photos of our situation, he was able to troubleshoot and make it to our location to assess. Having to gather parts from two different towns, Rich made it back and repaired our truck that evening. The repair was perfect and his price was shockingly fair. He saved us from a very long, unexpected stay in Raton and much delayed arrival to our home in Texas. I sure wish Rich Ponce lived near us because he would be our full time mechanic! A great mechanic who’s honest and fair!

Rich was very pleasant to do business with. Great price for an oil change, which is much more for a diesel pickup than a car. More repairs coming. I know where to go now.
