I purchased a used Toyota from them and the experience was awesome! Michael Richardson was my salesman and made sure every question I had was answered. I purchased from out of state so it was important to know everything before committing to flying out for the vehicle. Their pricing was the best I could find and customer service was amazing when we arrived in Colorado. Finance team was awesome as well, Darby was very helpful. We worked with Darby for a year through the pandemic on trying to find me a 4-Runner. I was getting sad thinking I wasn’t going to get one for a long time because Toyota had stopped making them for awhile and I didn’t want a used one unless it was a good deal! We stopped by one day after hours and they had one on the lot! It was used and saw a little wear and tear on the bumper and thought we could get it cheaper but they wouldn’t go lower to what we wanted. Then to our surprise one was coming from Japan! We got a call right away! Deposit was sent to lock it in and a month later I had my dream 4-Runner! Darby did an amazing job with us and didn’t hide no details on anything. She was very truthful. Never had such issues with a dealership than this one. I bought the vehicle automatically started having issues with it the first day I bought it, they fixed the issues. Got hail damage and found out they threw up the gap without my knowledge as well as I paid for the free oil changes as long as I’m financing it they always had issues finding me in the system every time I went in to get it done. My second oil change it took FOUR hours to get it done. When I went to get an estimate for the hail damage they said the front grill wasn’t the actual grill that was on it which they didn’t tell me. Currently I’m dealing with the accounting lady there who the gap adjuster sent the refund to them to send to my financing company and literally the lady has been “helping” me with it for like five weeks

Everyone was so great, so helpful. Michael Richardson was really good help. I had bought cars before but this was a real experience really helpful and I do recommend Michael, also Darby was wonderful she help me get all my paperwork done and I was able to drive it off the lot insured and brand new… on my birthday I really do love this place. Grate people all around…
