O'Reilly Auto Parts

Mr Randolph is the man with the plan! Even when the store is busy he’s going to make sure he lets you know he’s thankful for your patience, while getting his job done at an exceptional pace! Another great employee is Mrs Shary! She’s the right person you want to do business with in the mornings because her energy is amazing! She knows her job and how to do it well! Overall the staff at this staff is wonderful in my opinion! I’m always in and out, without a doubt! They need raises!!!

Union City -1150 O'Reilly Auto Parts store This store has exceeded my expectations. Ms. Mary was so kind and a godsend to me and my 87 year old father. My father arrived at the store, searching for a part and Mary was kind enough to assist him with the part without making him feel as though he was just another sale. That kind of service goes above and beyond. I am truly moved by the compassion that was shown to my father today. Kudos to Mary and her amazing team for their dedication to the aging population. We need more people in the world like them that make a difference and extend courtesy to those in need. Sometimes going the extra mile makes all the difference and for that, I am grateful.

I want to compliment Mary for such a great job she does. She knows how to take care of her customers I needed my spark plugs wires replaced and Mary was on top of my order and notified me when my wires came in. She waited for me to come and picked them up. She has such a pleasant caring attitude about her when it comes to customer service she goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers on the products they need. Thank you so much Mary for making me feel so comfortable and caring when I come into the store. You're the best. Also the other staff workers are helpful and pleasant also and are very professional.

Just horrible if I could give them no stars I would the manager that wears glasses and dreads is particularly rude I think she intentionally doesn't wear a name tag because of complaints against her specifically avoid this place at all cost save yourself a headache I drove a couple miles extra to go to AutoZone

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE! This store doesn’t even deserve one star. The manager locked the doors on to man who arrived minutes before I did. All I need was sealant. Bad customer service equates to lost revenue. Auto Zone was further but at least they were helpful with solving my mechanical issues.
