O'Reilly Auto Parts

For some reason I cannot get good help from these guys, I went to get my rotors turned and they gave me a higher price than the other locations and then I was told that I had to buy new ones because they don't have a machine to turn them I went to the one in red oak and they got me turned and didn't charge a arm and a leg, I went today for help with my ball joints and they just seem not to really go above and beyond to help, I'm not one to complain but how is it the red oak store personal are friendly and helpful but the waxahachie location just doesn't seem to care. I'll spend the extra gas to get the help I need.

Generally I found 0 customer service in any auto parts store, but last night O’Reilly’s employee Matthew Newkirk change that, and he went above and beyond, helping me with my truck issue. Thank Matthew!

I believe that O’Reilly’s has the most sound parts for your vehicle. Not the cheapest, but the best. It’s true, you really do get what you pay for here
