This place is great! I went to their competitor across the street and got totally ignored, then I looked across the street and decided to try them out. Jake, the assistant manager was very attentive, and checked my battery for free. Then he took it out, charged it for an hour and then put it back in my car, all for free. Who does that anymore?! These guys are the best! I will be sure to give them my business next time I need an auto part. Thank you, O’Reilly, & thank you, Jake!

I’ve recently had surgery on my hands so I cannot carry my toddler for a long period of time. I count on stores having carts for this reason as I can shop more comfortably that way. I asked for a cart when I arrived because I saw multiple carts with some boxes inside them near the register - and they said they didn’t have a cart available for me as they were full of items. Honestly, some were only partially full and the boxes weren’t necessary organized so I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to empty a cart so I could shop comfortably The employee did help me gather items but I had to sit my child on the checkout desk and I couldn’t browse like I wanted to for other items I was shopping for.

Tomas, what an outstanding employee. this fella deserves a raise! Came in needing ignition coils, at 5pm oct 9. Tomas explained to me my options, pulled a few strings and got me what i needed Quick! Nothing but smiles, and enthusiasm. Also during my time in the store Tomas anwered a phone call, swiftly explained to the caller that he was busy at the time and got right back to checking me out, smooth and quick. not often do i walk into a store and meet employees like Tomas. What a champion!

Had an awesome experience! I’m on a road trip and my front blinker light went out. Phillip not only help gather the parts I needed, but also installed it, since I was completely useless. Super helpful and very friendly
