I ordered my headlight bulbs online through O’Reilly Auto Parts and selected local pickup. My order was ready when I arrived, and the pickup process was quick and straightforward. It made replacing my headlight bulbs a convenient repair without having to search the store or wait in line. Overall, a smooth and efficient experience.

Last night at the Oreilly's in Zachary, I received the BEST customer service I have ever encountered at a parts store! All due to Todd and Brandon. I was stranded in the middle of the road on Main Street in Zachary with a dead battery. I sent my grandson down to the Oreilly's at 8:30 last night where Todd and Brandon not only got him the correct battery but Brandon allowed Todd to follow my grandson in Todd's own vehicle, "I Mind You," back to where my vehicle was stranded and changed my battery right as a tow truck was about to tow my vehicle. They not only saved me hundreds of dollars in a tow bill but provided me with The Best Customer Service I have ever had at a parts store! Thank You Both for helping me out of a bad situation last night right before y'all were scheduled to close!

Always nice and eager to help. They would advise a solution in case they don't have any parts. They even installed a battery in my car free of charge.

Nice staff and store had what I needed. The sales floor is and has always been clean and without any items obscuring customers shopping experience. It's easy to shop add check out.

Always have what you need when you need it, ordering online ahead is awesome. Also, customer service, its rare to see complaints with this store, go get what you need here!
