I can’t say enough good about this place. I stopped by for a battery check. The battery was so corroded that they couldn’t test it without cleaning all the terminals. It tested bad so they replaced it but when trying to get it out the terminals were damaged because of all the corrosion. They couldn’t get a good enough connection to start the car. So now they replaced the terminals with new ones. Finally everything is back in place and connected and the car doesn’t start. Now these wonderful people have been working on my car for over two hours in the hot sun. After some investigating it was discovered the fuse blew. The manager got a new fuse and replaced it. EUREKA my car starts. The manager and his staff worked on my car for 2 hours and 20 minutes. I offered to pay for their

Needed head light bulb replaced. NTW said it would be around $100. Went to oreilly $18.99 for bulb no charge for installation. 15 minutes and am out the door. Thanks Ed.

I needed help with some important parts for my car and had no luck finding it after calling multiple stores. However, I called O’Reilly’s and they made sure to help get me the parts I needed as quick and as efficiently as possible. Jeff was the worker who worked so swiftly to help me; so thank you to him especially! A great store with great customer service, would definitely recommend them over the others!
