Told them we had a leak from the thermostat. Instead they replaced the O2 sensors without permission or approval, then swapped the water pump. Charged us $800. Didnt fix the problem as it overheated a day later, I did a pressure test on the system and proved the leak was by the thermostat as I said. They then charged another $300 to fix a hose that they said wasn't connected correctly. A simple pressure test when it went in would have shown exactly what was wrong with it. $1100 mistake I wont make by going to them again!

Juan is reliable and trustworthy. My car has been serviced there the last 4 years. Toyota dealer quoted $1,500 for water pump. Juan filled the antifreeze and said nothing is leaking. ZERO COST ! I always get a quote from a dealer then go to Juan and it's usually 1/3 or less of dealer quote.

I have a larger vehicle (tall). Not many garages can handle. I recommend for all you van lifers!

Juan is the worst mechanic of all time, if you love your car take it to a real mechanic this guy sucks lies about when your car will be done , fixes parts without permission and doesn't call you when you’re car is done my car was worst after Juan worked on it do not spend any money here lawsuit will be coming
