Ortiz Complete Auto Service really came through for me. My car was having some issues with the battery and alternator, and while it took a bit of time due to how tricky the situation was, they were patient and got it fixed right. What stood out most was how welcoming and transparent they were throughout the whole process. They towed my car, kept me in the loop with regular updates, and always made sure to explain what they were doing before moving forward. That level of communication and honesty made the experience way less stressful. 10/10 — definitely recommend getting your car worked on here!

Ortiz Auto was one of multiple Auto Shops I called and originally they missed my call but then I got a call back and spoke to Mr. Ortiz who was super attentive to my needs. He allowed me time to speak and get out any questions I had which is extremely important to me. Upon being my car in I was greeted by one of his sons, who actually did all the work on my car. It was a wonderful experience. He allowed me to observe him which may not be everyone’s cup of tea but it was mine so I was very grateful that he allowed that to happen. He also was sure to let me know of any other issues I was having with the car, recommending additional services and parts I needed and got them here quickly. They are amazing and will be back for any questions or service I need. You will not regret coming here!
