We purchased our ORU Bruin XL 8 months ago and have completely built out the back with a kitchen cupboard/sink, bench shelf, water filter pump, 12 and 120 electrical including 600W solar on the roof. We love everything about it. Customer service has been great through the purchase and upgrades. What a great unit!
The camper is easy to setup/take down. Went camping with my wife and dog in the pouring rain. Stayed dry and comfortable
This is a great example of a slick website and interesting product with terrible communication, customer service and faulty product. People have paid for expensive campers and not gotten them! I got one that did not fit in my truck bed even though I had a professional do the measurements double checked by me. They do not belong in business.
Been trying to get a ahold of them for weeks. No calls back, no emails, they deleted my post on their Facebook group. Went to their Flagstaff location and it was locked with the sign removed from the door.
