They are really nice people! They were willing to work with my warranty company and hang on to my car while we working out the details. Super on top of their game and very knowledgeable. Only giving four stars because they’re on the higher end for pricing. Not the absolute highest in town, but a few hundred more than other places. They’re super fast service though. Very thorough. They will check everything for you to make sure your car is in peak condition. And the full check was free with my diagnosis!

They did a good diagnosis and caught everything. But when I picked my vehicle up the Dash had been completely disassembled laying in my front seat. When putting it pack together It seemed like it was ripped out of the dash and just left there. Not sure why they did that.

The two times I’ve had my vehicle serviced at Oswalds, the communication before, during, and after the service was done very professionally. The full vehicle inspection that is done each time I had work done at Oswalds is worth doing business with Oswalds above all other shops in town. I would recommend taking all your vehicles to Oswalds for any needed repairs.

My experience at Oswald Car Repair was not exactly a positive one. We called about an issue with our car, and were informed that we would need to have a diagnostic done on the car, which was $180 for a full health and safety report and diagnostic. We had this done and the repair was confirmed, but not all issues with my vehicle were assessed. This is an issue because we were told that a full inspection of the car had been done, including parts very near the other problem areas in the vehicle. We had the repair done for 2,600 dollars, plus the health and safety/diagnostic. The valve cover VCT actuator Timing chain tensioner Were replaced. We got the car back and it still had a grinding noise, it was half a quart low on oil, and they did not clean the engine bay whatsoever, leaving fingerpri

Went to get an state inspection for my vehicle from Massachusetts (which requires that) . Very friendly and helpful service. They arranged for me to drive back to my apartment with one of their employees so I would not have to get a ride home, and I definitely appreciated that. Very transparent and helpful. Would recommend.
