Take 5 Oil Change

This was my first time to use Take 5. I was politely greeted in the service drive with a chilled water. I also appreciated recommendation for an additional needed service to my oil change. And the tech noted upcoming recommended services for my next visit. All staff were professional and I could hear them communicating as a team amongst each while servicing each vehicles. Clean garage space. I like that veterans get discounts. I will definitely return to have my car serviced here. ☆☆☆☆☆

I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Jay, Jason, and Phil were all incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. They explained everything clearly before getting started and kept me informed throughout the service. I really appreciated that I never felt pressured into anything extra, and they answered all my questions patiently. The service was quick, efficient, and stress-free. Will definitely be coming back to th8s location for my next oil change!

I'm giving the review 3 stars ONLY because my issue was resolved eventually (and my original service was also comped after some back and forth) but I feel like it is the bare minimum that could have been offered outright. I will give credit where it is due that the employee attempted to make it right however, I feel like there shouldn't have had to be an exchange for it to come to that. I took my vehicle in for an oil change to the Ladson Rd location. Of course they wanted to sell me another service to flush my radiator. I declined at the time and was told that fluids would be topped off but to consider in case something went wrong. Great experience at this Take 5 Oil Change location! Isaiah was incredibly friendly and helpful—he explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the service, and never pressured me about recommended services I may need. I really appreciated his transparency. Ethan and Justin did great work as part of the team, and Jay, the manager on duty, was super welcoming and friendly. The whole process was quick, professional, and smooth. Overall the staff is really friendly and willing to explain. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

The services was very fast and I was in and out! Everyone there worked efficiently to get me out in a timely manner. Josh was very polite & educational. He answered all my questions I had and gave me thorough explanations. Well definitely come go back!!
