Outten Kia Service Center

I have been going to Outten Service for 2 different vehicles now. 2011 and 2016 Sorento. They are great to work with. The desk team is very knowledgeable and do their best to get you in accurately. Work with service contracts, which is frustrating for them, but make it happen. The techs are top notch and get whatever you need done right the first time. Highly recommend. Only thing I would request (and note for others) would be to not move my seat all the way back and down. Even the 2016 doesn't have a seat setting save feature and it's frustrating to get it back to how I want it. But that's just a minor inconvenience.

This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They will bend over backwards for their customers and do whatever is needed to have a customer leave happy and knowing they are in good hands. Their sales department is by far the best I’ve dealt with, you don’t feel pressured and you don’t feel like you are getting scammed, they are very upfront and honest with you about everything and it almost feels like a family run environment. after buying two vehicles from them I will without a doubt be buying all of my future vehicles from outten Kia they are by far the best dealership that I know of in this area

If you never came for service, you need to come by. Best experience I have had with service department. Kathy the manager makes you feel at home.
