Oxford Goodyear Auto & Truck Repair

This place has seriously dropped of in terms of quality service and response to customers. Went here for years up until this last year. The new receptionist is horrible and clearly has no idea what she talking about. They take days to give you and estimate that should be only a few hours at tops. Don’t call back or inform you about your car. Just horrible service compared to what it used to be to be. Bring back the owner. The new people in the front office absolutely suck. My entire family will no longer bring our cars here. Shame what bad employees can do to what use to be a good shop to get your cars fixed. Go anywhere but here now. Also found tons of cigarette ashes and smell of cigarettes in the car when it was picked up and none of us smoke. It’s a joke now

I had a flat tire. The team was terrific, beginning with Brittany answering the phone. I was able to limp in, drop my car off and got it back later that day - at a less expensive amount than I had anticipated. I’ve used Oxford Goodyear in Oxford for a few years and ALWAYS had terrific service.
