They explained everything clearly, kept me updated along the way, and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. I cannot stress enough how great Oxnard Collision Center was to both me and my vehicle. I was in a car accident and from the moment I got to their location, service was incredible. Starting off with Ashley at the front desk, she was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. And then Eddie, the general manager, explained in great detail everything that was wrong with my car and everything that he could do to make it whole again. He was in contact with me through the whole process and got my car looking almost better than new! From the service, the knowledge that they have there, the speed in which I got my car back, and the overall finished product, I could not be happier. The best body shop experience I’d ever had and I’m old! Ed was extremely detailed in communicating timelines and what to expect, got back to me right away, Ed is an excellent communicator and knows the auto body business inside and out. 5 stars for Oxnard Body Shop for the excellent service, my car was even detailed, it looks better than ever, and they got done sooner than I expected!
