Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Went in to buy a new battery and asked if they do installs as well as many other auto parts stores do. They told me an unequivocal no. Walked right out and drove over to AutoZone that did it at no extra charge.

BAD ATTITUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was greeted with a bad attitude the second I walked in. The advance auto app told me to buy the wrong part. I called to ask if I can return an open package and was told I can exchange it. On arrival I was once again greeted with a bad attitude and told he doesn't know who I spoke to but he makes the decisions and I can't exchange them. Congratulations AutoZone, you've earned a new customer. Very disappointed.

Its hard to find a decent parts store when Autozone Advance and Pepboys all hire cheap untrained people for their counter sales. P&A is one of the last few stores owned by two families who have done this their entire lives. They have everything in stock and can always find what you are looking for! Brian, Bev and Ben are amazing at what they do.
