I love Kammi that works at Pac in Bessemer..Jeff..not so much..quite curt.I love his dogs that are in office and very friendly! My problem is National General..I made a claim on Aug.2nd and it's Yet TO BE RESOLVED! IT'S TOTALLY RIDICULOUS..APPARENTLY THIS HAPPENS WAAY TOO MUCH..THEY WANT TO USE INFERIOR PRODUCTS, DELAY, NO CALLBACKS..NO VOICEMAIL SET UP TO EVEN SPEAK WITH THEM..I HUESS THEY'RE FIGURING THAT I AM OLD AND WILL EVENTUALLY GIVE UP! I'M READY TO BEAT MY HEAD AGAINST THE WALL..IT'S SO UNFAIR..MY CAR WAS HIT IN THE GRILL..STILL DRIVES, BUT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED..I DON'T KNOW WHO TO TALK TO..BUT IM READY FOR THIS NIGHTMARE TO END!! ANYONE ELSE HAVE SAME ISSUES? JUST CURIOUS!

I have been with them for quite some time. I’ve never received any kind of coupon or discounts and they decide to cancel because I’m a little late. I could have at least got a courtesy call as long as I have been a customer. I think a quick call to BBB and this review is all I can do….sad

Great prices and my sales agent i think her name was Natasha, she was really awesome. She was knowledgeable and very pleasant. In need of insurance at a great price Call them and ask for her you won't regret it.

I enjoy the prices BUT they could definitely use a lesson in customer service. The workers are usually very dry which comes off rude, especially when you’re asking them questions regarding your account.
