I have been in dire need of a new car. One that doesn’t get a flat tire or have some mechanical issue consistently. Best car buying experience imaginable. James cares about the cars that he sells and the people who buy them. He took the time to fix trim pieces on very short notice, put new tires on the car and wiper blades. He was very honest with me and James and his son Nick were very hospitable even though the loan finalization took a long time. James was great to work with from start to finish. He held the car for me while I secured my loan, even with another buyer interested. I mentioned the steering wheel was pulling to one side so he rotated and aired up the tires and fixed the problem. As I was about to drive off the lot he noticed the windshield wipers needed replaced so he replaced the wipers without me even asking. His honesty and attention to detail made the whole experience stress-free. I would absolutely buy from him again.
