Mike was great to work with and very honest. No pressure tactics or trying to up-sale. Very open about any issues that car might have and even insisted on fixing an issue before he would agree to finalize the sale. I would recommend talking with Mike before you make your next car purchase.

We recently purchased our new family vehicle from Pacific Car Company and had a WONDERFUL experience! Mike was professional and helpful the whole time. I've never had an easier experience buying a car before. We weren't pressured into anything we didn't want. We were given plenty of time to look the vehicle over and they made signing for it super easy and laid back. Mike is absolutely terrific!! I've never written a customer review before, but Mike really does deserve praise. There were some complicated circumstances involved in our effort to sell our vehicle to Pacific Car Company, but Mike was extremely understanding, patient, flexible, and helpful.
