Pacific Tire & Wheel

Went in Today 3/10/2026 and I just bought a new set of wheels I had just bought. They Helped me out professionally and Quickly even tho they had other customers! I was amazed how fast they swapped out my wheels with the same tires I used on my 4Runner. All in all I loved the service and work done and it’s safe to say I will be coming back and recommend they highly. Great Job guys keep up the good work.

To everyone that is giving Pacific Tire a bad rap, you need to go to the one on Roberts Lane and speak with Chano. He is square dealing, he will treat you right and he makes sure his employees treat you right. He has allowed people To get their tires today And then pay for them the next day or the following day. He's concerned about customers, customer satisfaction and Word of Mouth that he is a good place of business.

I got a flat on they way home from work, called to see if I could park my vehicle at the shop overnight. The gentle man who helped us (cant remember his name) was super nice and even stayed late to open the gate and allow me to park in the yard. Had rates for new tires the next day and the repair was finished that same day. Super happy with the tires, they look great and very reasonable rates! Thanks again!

They are the real deal, Super friendly people, fast service, and fair prices. Definitely coming back next time I need tires and alignment

Owner is sarcastic and rude(it's the middle eastern guy). I went in for a simple nail in my tire. The first time I went in, I got out and the middle eastern guy (apparently he is the owner) came to "help." I told him I have a nail in my tire and he responded with, "what, do you know about tires?" I told him, no, that my boyfriend saw it in the right front tire. Then he responds with "is he a mechanic, is he a professional, what does he know" and he tells that he is just going to put air in my tires. He does, and I tell him that my light is still on. He tells me that he will charge me $20 to look at it even if I don't have anything. I go home and confirm that there is a nail. I come back, and it's the same guy. I told him I wanted someone else to help me because I don't trust his judgement
