Bill Pagnano the owner of Pagano's Automotive, ripped the bead on all 4 of my tires which I confirmed after removing the tires. Be aware this is a tire installer highly recommended on tire rack. He told me they were safe to drive on despite the bulges in the inner sidewall where the damage could have gone unnoticed if they were on the car. Thankfully I didn't drive on the tires as I had them mounted on an extra set of wheels. The tires could have easily blown out which could've resulted in a fatal accident.

Got tires installed via Tire Rack for my company truck. I've taken it back there for service ever since. Bill is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

FINALLY, a tire and alignment shop I can trust and count on in the Santa Rosa area. Only took 12 years! They perform other services too, but I'm a home mechanic and a big Tirerack devotee so I really just need mounting, balancing and alignment. I own a classic sports car with family history and honestly I really have a hard time letting anyone else work on it. But with Bill and his crew I can rest easy it's in good hands.

Small business like Bill's shop are why I love the service industry! I had a nail in my tire and called the dealership who just didn't have time for small projects and weren't open on the weekend anyhow. I ordered my tire online and had it delivered directly to Bill's shop. It arrived the next day and Bill took very good care and showed me how everything worked. Clean and nicely equipped garage.
