Palatka Auto Spa

I'm a carwash member here and have been for approx 1 yr. I've always had great customer service and washes. Today I was there approx 12:15 pm and the black gentlemen was relieved by a white gentelman(sorry didn't get name so only way to describe who this was). Anyway I had forgotten and left a printer in the bed of my truck and forgot all about it. The employee noticed it before it got wet and brought it to my attention and retrieved it for me before it would've gotten ruined. He went above and beyond his required duties. I was very impressed and he restored my confidence in what its all about. It's not about making money but being and decent person and a GREAT EMPLOYEE. If I were this persons manager he would be getting an attaboy and a small little token of appreciation. A job WELL DON

My wife and bought a full service for 1 car 1 truck I was really impressed with the job they did on her car. I went there yesterday ( Saturday) with my truck wash was great. A young lady with blonde and red hair told me to go to the free vacuums she had no idea what we paid or if we had a plan or not didn't even ask didn't give me a chance to explain. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT HER JOB !!!!!. My wife and I live on SOCAL SECURITY AND RETIRED in my earlier days I was a manager for bubbles full service car wash I knew all all the different jobs and I did complete wax and detailed of vehicles as part of my job guide lines in St.Augustine florida this is the worst service I have ever had at any car wash shop. She just blew me off and sent me to do my truck on mine own don't know

Sun Jan 26. Would be nice if the young lady at the front was taught to say thank you. Possibly her listening to her ear buds exempts her from common manners.

Exceptional service! My hellcat redeye was looking ROUGH to say the least, she had been sitting for 2 months. My car looks brand new again. Thank you to the team at autospa

I will NEVER come back to this place; to have my car detailed again. I have been here several times; and every time they never get my third row. They maybe wipe out the big stuff in the seats. But no vacuum and no wiping down. I pay $53 everytime. And i have to bring it home n still vacuum n wipe it down. I ask if they can get the dirty finger prints off my head liner from my children and i think they make it worse. So from now on I'll keep my $53 & do it my own self.
