Palmetto Complete Auto Care

I’ve gotta say, I usually hate going to the mechanic — it’s so hard to find a good, honest one around Greenville. But thank God for Palmetto Complete Auto Care! I’ve got a 2011 Honda Civic that’s my daily driver, and lately it just wasn’t running like it used to. I was even thinking about selling it and getting something newer, but with how crazy car payments are right now, that wasn’t really an option. When I took it to Palmetto, I was bracing myself for a huge bill… but to my surprise, the estimate was super reasonable! Now my car drives like a dream — seriously, night and day difference. I didn’t even know an older car could feel this smooth again! If you’re having car trouble, definitely take it to Palmetto Complete Auto Care. Their service is top-notch. Honestly the best parts were the customer service and the quality of work. This was my first time working with Palmetto, Shane helped me the entire way even went above and beyond as offering other means of service and help to address my issues. My car was handled with car and prices were reasonable even offered an extended warranty which I will be taken the offer. No issues since receiving my car back.

I recently had to have a car towed there to be worked on. The guys at the shop were super attentive and they worked fast. The prices felt very reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding! I worked with Shane over the phone for several days and he walked me through the steps and what it would take to get my car back on the road. We had a fuel pump repair and some AC issues and they got it back to us in just a few days. I would absolutely recommend going here and I plan on bringing other cars back!

My car began to start having issues and this shop helped me quickly diagnose the problem and gave me an honest quote to get it fixed. They were very easy to work with in creating an appointment and got me in very quickly. They worked very fast as well, as they were done with my vehicle in under and hour and got me safely back on the road. Overall great experience and should I have any more issues I will definitely choose them to help!

Shane and the Palmetto Auto Team are super friendly and very professional! I took my car for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and everything was finished in about an hour. There was no pressure for other services and the price was on point. I will definitely be returning to Palmetto Auto for all my future car needs.
