Superior service, excellent communication, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice. I can’t say enough about how Palumbo’s owner Joe and his staff member Jeff, helped us. Call them first when you need help!
Car key didnt work my lock was frozen, couldn't tow car or even try again same day with my auto start I wanted to drop to complete service. I got charged and got reciept like service was completed. I have AAA and they failed too didn't pick me up after waiting 2 1/2 hrs. Only needed a tow and needed a break. Still not towed. Feel taken advantage of I expect to pay something not what I pd.
Great place they have more then just towing, body shop, sale of cars. Great friendly people.
Local business with nice customer service and professional people. I recommend them.
