Unfortunately very poor dealersip - they will lie to your face despite knowing all the facts. I attempted to have my Jeep repaired when it was under warranty but they said for two years that the parts are in backorder. I escalated to Jeep corporate and after a maze of phone transfers, case managers and "repair order" paperwork and I was told the dealership never even ordered the parts so corporate can do nothing. So they never intended to repair the vehicle in the first place. Highly advise to go some where else.

I went to Pamby with a couple of important issues with my brand-new Grand Cherokee 4xe Summit. They couldn't properly diagnose the problems, or perhaps just didn't want to. The person at the front desk insulted my intelligence giving me some BS and let me go. I have never experienced such poor service from any dealership in the past. I didn’t give up and decided to try Bedford Jeep instead. They took the time to thoroughly test the car and were able to resolve the issues. I have been looking to lease a car for a couple of weeks and have went to several dealerships and have walked out. I called Pamby Jeep early on Saturday and spoke to a very kind salesman, Jimmy. I told him what I was looking for in terms of car and payment. After speaking with Jimmy over the phone I went to the dealership and was not pressured at all. Jimmy took his time showing me the car and explained all of the features. When it was time to talk numbers he did everything he could to get me the best deal. I felt respected throughout the entire process which means a lot to me. This was the first time I ever leased a car on my own without my Dad or husband with me. Other dealerships did not take me seriously when I went in alone or spoke to them over the phone. That wasn't the case here at
