We went to Panhandle Auto to look at 2 trucks. We went in the store at 6pm on a Friday night. Josh was so kind. He copied our drivers license & gave us the keys to test drive the one we were very interested in. We told them we wanted the truck & they put it inside so we could finalize the trade. The next day at 11:00am we went to do the trade & the paperwork was already done. After 2 weeks & through the holidays we went to license the truck & the paperwork was all there. It was so easy. Greg knows how to do that paperwork & he can probably do it with his eyes closed. He & Sam were amazing! We would recommend Panhandle Auto to anyone.. We were looking for a good used car We called all the auto dealerships in Scottsbluff, and Panhandle Auto had one car within our price range. I bought a vehicle which they claimed to be in great condition. I asked if there was any major issues with the vehicle they told me there was none; only hail damage to the car. I told them the locks were not working and they said it was a simple fix. Sure enough that simple fix was 3K. I called them and all they said was they couldn’t do nothing that it wasn’t their responsibility. It would have been great if they were honest when I purchased the vehicle.

I bought 2016 Challenger from this dealer. While the car is great, my experience was not. I was clearly told when I bought the car that there was a second remote start key, but that their dealership in Sidney NE had the second key. Unfortunately I was not told this until I had traveled 300 miles to pick up the vehicle. However, they promised to mail me the key. Come to find they never had a second key, and it is now my expense to get a replacement key. Not great. Cost will be around $230 plus a programming cost. Caveat emptor, I guess.
