Paradise Full Service Car Wash & Detail

Paid $50 for the Full Service Car Wash & Detail and was disappointed with the results. When I got home, there were still visible dirt marks on the white leather seats, smudges on the center console and armrest, debris left in the cupholders, and dirt around the front and rear bumper. It looked like a quick wipe-down rather than a full service clean. For the price, I expected a much more thorough job. Sharing this feedback in hopes they improve their attention to detail and quality control.

I got the top wash and paid extra for all floor mats to be washed, my car is not that dirty to start with, and it came back as dirty as it went in- no cup holder was cleaned, marks all over the door and bottom plate where you step in- Inly the front floor mats were washed (but I paired for whole car) and washed poorly, crumbs in cup holders, trim inside car not wiped down, the huge screen in the center console not cleaned- honestly not worth it at all.. they are going so fast and it was not that busy, paid extra for my truck in suv to be cleaned and they didn’t even open it. It is definitely not worth any money, I will not go back it was pointless, I will have to go home a clean my own car after the car wash.

I’ve been a regular customer here for years, which made this experience especially disappointing. During my last visit, my truck became stuck in the car wash, causing the wash to stop, the can behind me rear ended my truck, and my vehicle to be driven out before the service I paid for was completed. Because I did not receive the car wash, I requested a refund. The manager responded very unprofessionally. He raised his voice, blamed my truck for breaking a $3,000 piece of equipment, and said my vehicle was too big for the wash. The situation escalated unnecessarily and could have been handled calmly and professionally. Equipment issues happen. Being yelled at and blamed as a long time customer for simply asking for a refund is not acceptable. I hope ownership addresses how situations lik

There services are not clear when you go to select a wash, and it was expensive. For a BASIC wash ($30) + additional service of mat washing (2 Rows) I paid almost 50 dollars (plus a tip), they washed the exterior of my car, my mats, but they did not vacuum. There was a sign when I arrived that showed various options, at the bottom it said they vacuumed for the same price of the Basic wash. Then when I went to select the basic wash on the computer menu, it was unclear if that included the vacuum. Too expensive, felt shady. Won't go back.

I brought my truck in to get a full service ceramic wash along with washing my rubber floor mats. For the most part the wash itself was fine. However, when I got home and got out of my truck, I realized that the door jams and interior of the truck at the bottom of the door were still dirty. I watched the workers wipe down the top and sides of the door jams, by why not the bottom? Paid over $50 and I will not be back to this car wash.
