Paradise Towing & Recovery

Ive been using paradise for 10 years and have always been super satisfied with them!! Both in towing and vehicle repairs! This last time, the dog locked us out of the car!! Lol.. Jordan was here super quick and had the doors unlocked in LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!! Once again paradise towing saved the Day!! Thanks so much Jordan!! - The Dome Home 😀

I had the worst service in the world. Overcharged for installation of a battery. They charged me 180 dollars to install a battery in my Audi A7 which I purchased from the store. Very incompetent crew. I had my privacy cover on the back of hatchback of the Audi missing after they install the battery. Went there and told Dave the head mechanic about what was missing and he took responsibility for the loss of my cover and took my number down so when the cover come in they will call my uncle to come pick the piece up. He gave me his word. I work overseas so after a week went by I call them to check on the piece and Candie said they was not going to pay for it after Dave said they was going to pay for it. Incompetent and not trustworthy. The absolute worst establishment i ever dealt with.

Thank you for your service. A special thank you to Officer Keith who went above and beyond on a long distance tow from Sanford NC to Raleigh NC. Holiday weekend and AAA could not provide service for 3 hours. You got to me in about 30 minutes. They kept me safe and handled my vehicle with care. Let me not forget the kindness of #SanfordPolice.

Quoted my friend 250.00 for a 4 mile tow & once at property changed price to $350.00. Caused more damage to frontend on the unload. Most untrustworthy & unprofessional company ever!!! - 100 star rating!!!!
