I even got a nice thank you box the week after my purchase. I drove 2 hours and will definitely only be buying my vehicles from here in the future!

The entire purchase experience at Paris Chevrolet GMC was pleasant, quick, and easy. They had the exact vehicle we were looking for!!!! Our salesman, JoJo, was so personable and friendly and the the finance manager, JT, was so helpful and made us the best deal for financing that worked within our budget. The entire staff we came in contact with was so nice and made us feel so welcome. They have made us customers and friends for life!!!!

I went to Paris Chevrolet, because they had the vehicle that i wanted. I called in to get more information on the vehicle and thankfully, i was connected with Mark Ritchey. Mark was very friendly and helpful over the phone. Because i lived over 100 miles away, Mark helped me handle the entire deal over the phone. I told him what i would like for their car, how much i wanted for my trade and my down payment. He said, "let me see what i can do and when can you come in?". I showed up to Paris Chevrolet, thinking i was still in the negotiating process, but i was 100% wrong. Mark Ritchey had already gotten me everything i wanted and i was literally there to drop off my car and sign paperwork. As i walked in, everyone greeted me by name, like i had known them for years. Matthew my salesman was professional courteous and everything he promised he delivered. One guy their I held the door for walked in and said nothing to me so I said you’re welcome he turns.looks at me like he was going to go off on me but didn’t wished he had of he would of learned fast manners.
