WOW! I don't know how else to say it! Edith, the Service Advisor along with Kyle the Technician were amazing. My F350 Super duty had sensor issues. We were on the road headed to Minnesota with 800 miles to go, with weather comming at us. They were the best! They coordinated, and Kyle got on it immediately. He is sharp, and easy to understand! We were taken care of with a modest cost and on the road again. As a business owner myself these two individuals are rare. They represented Paris Ford Beautifully. Awesome so far! Just bought a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe two days ago! Eric was my sales guy and he was great! Did most of it online so was really fast and easy once I got there! Would recommend checking them out if your shopping for a "new to me" car!

I took my new vehicle in for the recall and also 5k mile service. I made notes that the door step paint was coming off- the service manager told me I had to order this and have to fix it myself. Additionally- they did not ask if I wanted a car wash and I picked up the truck dirty. They said I had to ask if I wanted my truck washed. I did hormone this after spending $60k on a new bronco that is under warranty :( The good stuff was the porter took me to a shopping center nearby and my truck was ready in 2 hours. The service manager was nice and the service was fast!!

John Paul was great, he got us into the car we wanted. The staff were friendly and courteous. If you're looking for a new car, go over and talk to them.
