Paris Glass and Mirror

Needed a new thumb lock cylinder for my commercial door, wanted to do business local. Was charged close to 10x what you can order one for. So much for shopping local. Paid 60$

Easy to get glass for single pane window pretty cheap and fast called at 1030am had the pane of the glass installed in 15 minutes better than I could have a imagined

All you get from these people is the run around I was told on the very first phone call. They get someone out there do the measurements and then it would take a week to get the windows in. That was six weeks ago. I’m going with another company from Dallas Fort Worth. You should do the same.

If you want window glass don’t waste your time over here because they’re always close and don’t answer the phone when trying to call. I have been here many times and never find it open

So I recently had a conversation needing to gain some information. I can only access that information by asking the person over that particular subject. So I did just that.. they did not answer my questions…. Just gave me a general answer which did not answer the questions needed. So when I continued to ask politely for that information I was in capital letter told “NO.” They did not have time for their own paper work let alone mine…. Which I didn’t understand what paperwork of mine they were going to have to do.. In this experience with one worker behind the scenes i have come to the conclusion that even if I needed the material sold at this establishment I probably wouldn’t buy from them just because of this experience. I feel like customer service should be the number one goal for all w
